If you've never made banana bread, I'd like to convince you with this super simple and delicious recipe! It also applies to people who have tried to do it but did not have a satisfying result. You can't go wrong with this recipe!🤎

INGREDIENTS:

• 3 medium-sized bananas (put 2 in the composition and one on top);
• 100g oat flakes;
• 2 eggs at room temperature;
• 50g pitted dates;
• 60g chopped walnuts;
• 60g of 82% melted butter;
• 1/2 bottle of rum essence;
• 1 baking powder.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. I put the dates in a bowl and put enough hot water over them to cover them. I left them like that for 10 minutes.
2. In the blender I put the dates, eggs, bananas, butter, essence, oats and baking powder. I mixed well.
3. I added the chopped walnuts over the obtained composition and poured it into a tray, lined with baking paper.
4. I smoothed it out and on top I added half of a banana, cut lengthwise. I pressed it a little into the composition.
5. I put the tray in the preheated oven at 180*C, for an hour.
6. When it's done, let it cool on a wire rack for about 30 min.

It's perfect as breakfast or a snack next to a cup of coffee! 🤎
