These energy bites are an ideal option for those times when you want to eat something sweet and healthy.They are quick to prepare and you only need a few ingredients.

Chocolate banana bread
Brie and blueberry pie
Tiramisu with caramel

INGREDIENTS:

• 55g banana;
• 40g peanut butter;
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon;
• 70g barley flakes;
• 50g chocolate;
• flakes salt;
• a little coconut/olive/sunflower oil for greasing the hands when forming the bites.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. I mashed the banana.
2. I added the peanut butter, cinnamon and barley flakes. I mixed very well.
3. I greased my hands with a little oil and formed the bites.
4. I melted the chocolate and dipped each bite in the chocolate.
5. I sprinkled the salt flakes on top and put them in the freezer for 15 minutes.
