Apple and pecan cookies
Cookies with the taste of fall. 🍂
I made them for the first time a few weeks ago and took some to the office to share with my colleagues. They were a hit and got plenty of praise! 🤭
If you prefer the video version of the recipe, you can find it here.
I have selected some recipes that you might like:
• Vegan biscuit salami
• Oatmeal cookies
• Nutella cookies
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 well-ripened banana;
• 1 egg;
• 1 teaspoon rum essence;
• 100ml milk;
• 20g peanut butter;
• 3-4 drops of sweetener( optional, for people who prefer them sweeter);
• 1 apple;
• 150g oat flakes;
• 1 pinch of salt;
• 25g chocolate;
• 1 teaspoon powder baking;
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon;
• 25g pecans.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I mashed the banana very well and on top of it I put: the egg, essence, sweetener, the peanut butter and milk. I mixed.
2. I peeled the apple, removed the seeds and core, and grated it using a large grater. I put it on top of the other ingredients and mixed.
3. I also added the oats, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and chopped chocolate. I mixed and left the composition for 5-7 minutes on the kitchen counter.
4. I formed the biscuits, each from a spoon and a half of the composition, on a tray lined with baking paper. On top of each one I put half a walnut.
5. I put the tray in the preheated oven at 180*C for ~25-30 minutes, until they are nicely browned.
Good appetite!
