INGREDIENTS:

• 1 egg;
• 80g Nutella (+15g Nutella for filling the cookies);
• 110g flour.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. I cracked the egg into a deep plate, whisked it, and then added the Nutella.
2. I mixed everything well, then added the flour.
3. I formed a dough that I wrapped in cling film and left in the fridge for 10 minutes.
4. I divided the dough into 8 parts and gave each one a ball shape.
5. I placed the dough balls on a tray lined with baking paper and used my finger to make an indentation in each one.
6. I put the tray in the preheated oven at 180*C for 10 minutes.
7. I took the tray out and filled the indentations in each ball with Nutella.
