Tender biscuits with jam

These biscuits are definitely perfect for a family dinner. They are easy to make, tender and delicious.

INGREDIENTS:
• 110g butter at room temperature;
• 80g sugar;
• 120g flour;
• 2 small eggs (or 1 large egg);
• 1 pinch of salt;
• 1/2 vanilla essence;
• 3 tablespoons of your favorite jam.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I mixed the butter at room temperature, the sugar and the salt for two minutes.
2. I added the egg yolks, the essence and mixed for another minute.
3. I sifted the flour, incorporated it into the composition with a spatula and left everything in the fridge for an hour.
4. I formed the biscuits (I got 15) from a teaspoon of the composition. I shaped them into balls and placed them on a tray lined with baking paper, leaving a little space in between them.
5. With my finger I made a hole in each ball and filled it with jam.
6. I put the tray in the oven preheated to 180*C for 14 minutes.
