"Bulz" in a tray

INGREDIENTS:

• 500g cornmeal;
• 2L water;
• 150g chorizo;
• 200g cheese;
• 350g telemea;
• 2 teaspoons salt;
• 1 tablespoon oil;
• 3 eggs.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. I left the water with salt to boil. When it is close to the boiling point, I turned the heat down and gradually added the cornmeal. I mixed with a whisk while pouring in the cornmeal. I let it boil on low heat for about 15 minutes.
2. I cut the chorizo ​​into slices and fried it on both sides.
3. I took two tablespoons of the fat left by the chorizo ​​and put it in the polenta before taking it off the heat.
4. I grated the yellow cheese and the telemea.
5. I put the oil in a heat-resistant tray and spread it well.
6. I assembled the "bulz": a layer of polenta, half the amount of cheese, half the amount of yellow cheese, half of the chorizo, a layer of polenta, the rest of the telemea, the rest of the yellow cheese, the rest of the chorizo, the last layer of polenta.
7. I put the tray in the preheated oven at 180*C for 20 minutes.
8. I took out the tray, spread the well-beaten eggs on top and put the tray in the oven for another 8 minutes.
