The burger on a plate is a simple recipe to make, tasty and a little healthier than the classic one.

INGREDIENTS FOR POTATOES:

• 1kg potatoes;
• 1 teaspoon salt:
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper;
• 1 teaspoon sweet smoked paprika:
• 1 teaspoon spicy paprika;
• 2 tablespoons oil;
• 1 teaspoon granulated garlic.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. I washed the potatoes very well and cut them into smaller cubes. I put them in a bowl of water and washed them once more.
2. I transferred them onto kitchen towels, spread them out evenly, and patted them dry to remove excess water.
3. I put the potatoes in a bowl, put the rest of the ingredients over and mixed well.
4. I put them on a tray lined with baking paper and put the tray in the oven preheated to 200*C for about an hour.
5. I stirred them every 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE MEAT (6 SERVINGS WITH 2 PIECES/SERVING):

• 1kg beef;
• 1 teaspoon salt;
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper;
• 2 generous teaspoons mustard;
• 100g grated cheese.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. I added salt, pepper, and mustard over the meat in a bowl and mixed everything thoroughly.
2. I took a handful of the mixture, shaped it into a ball and then flattened it until I obtained a thin strip.
3. I repeated this process with the rest of the meat.
4. I browned the pieces of meat in a pan, adjusting the cooking time to each person's preference. One minute before removing them from the pan, I added grated cheese on top.

YOGURT SAUCE INGREDIENTS:

• 300g yogurt;
• 1/2 lemon juice;
• 3 teaspoons mustard;
• 1/2 teaspoon salt;
• 1/3 teaspoon pepper;
• 3 crushed garlic cloves.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

I put all the ingredients in a bowl and mixed well.

In the end, all that remains is to place all the components on a plate and enjoy.
