Ingredients:
• 150g sugar;
• 200ml whipping cream;
• 70g butter 82%;
• 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Method of preparation:
1. I set a high-walled pan on low heat. When it warmed up, I put the sugar in it. I moved it a little to level it. I didn't mix it, but from time to time I moved the pan(you have to use one with slightly higher walls). Attention, it should not be left too long because it will burn.
2. After it melted, I turned off the heat and added the butter. I mixed very well until it was completely incorporated.
3. I turned on the heat and added the salt and the whipping cream that I had brought to a boil before.
4. I left it on the heat for about 4-5 minutes and then let it cool down a bit. I transferred it to a jar, and when it came to room temperature, I put it in the fridge.
