Baked potatoes, carrots and chicken legs

Am I wrong to say it’s one of the most loved dishes? 😅

INGREDIENTS:
• 9 chicken legs;
• 1.3kg potatoes;
• 3 carrots;
• 3 tablespoons olive oil;
• 1 1/2 teaspoons sweet paprika;
• 2 teaspoons salt;
• 1 teaspoon granulated onion;
• 1 teaspoon mustard;
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey);
• 1 teaspoon pepper;
• 1 teaspoon thyme.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. In a bowl I added: 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, one and a half teaspoons of paprika, 1 teaspoon of thyme and 1 teaspoon of mustard. I mixed very well, add the chicken legs on top of the obtained sauce and mixed well.
2. I washed the potatoes and carrots very well. I cut the potatoes into smaller cubes and the carrots into quarters, lengthwise.
3. Over the carrots and potatoes I added two tablespoons of oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of pepper and 1 teaspoon of granulated onion. I mixed very well.
4. On a sheet lined with baking paper, I put the vegetables, leveled them and add the chicken legs on top.
5. I placed the tray in the preheated oven at 220°C for 20 minutes, then flipped the legs over and cooked for another 20 minutes.
