INGREDIENTS(4 SERVINGS):

• 500g minced beef (or chicken/turkey);
• 2 tablespoons oil;
• 1 teaspoon salt;
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper;
• 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
• 1 teaspoon oregano;
• 1 red (or white) onion;
• 100ml water;
• 50ml tomato paste;
• ~150g mozzarella;
• 4 flatbreads;
• 15g butter.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. I put the oil, meat and spices in a pan with high walls. I mixed well and let it brown.
2. Then, I put the finely chopped onion and sautéed it for 4 minutes.
3. I added the water and tomato sauce, mixed and let the liquid reduce.
4. I lightly greased a pancake pan with butter, placed a flatbread on it, and layered one half with a generous amount of mozzarella, followed by a hearty layer of meat, and then topped it off with another layer of mozzarella.
5. I folded the flatbread in half, covered the pan with a lid, and cooked it for 2 minutes on each side.
