Stuffed Dutch pancake

INGREDIENTS(ONE SERVING):
• 60g milk;
• 30g flour;
• 1 teaspoon sugar;
• 1 egg;
• 10g butter.
+ for serving: banana, honey/maple syrup, cashews.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I started by turning on the oven at 220*C. Because I don't have a cast iron pan, I used a heat-resistant dish that I put in the oven when I turned it on. It must be well heated. Attention! The dish must not have a very large diameter.
2. In a blender I added the milk, egg, sugar and flour. I mixed well and transferred the composition to a bowl that I left on the kitchen counter while the oven heated up.
3. When the oven reached the desired temperature, I removed the tray and added the butter. I moved it a little until the butter melted and then added the composition.
4. I put the tray in the oven for about 15 minutes.
5. I "garnished" with bananas, maple syrup and cashews.
