Two important things to achieve perfect results:
1. Allow the ingredients to come to room temperature before using them.
2. Shortly before I started cooking, I turned on the oven at 200*C (without ventilation) and put the tray in it.

INGREDIENTS:
• 4 eggs;
• 300ml milk;
• 1/2 teaspoon salt;
• 125g flour;
• 35g butter;
• poached eggs;
• crispy bacon (I kept it for 8 minutes at 200*C in the Airfryer);
• cheese;
• chives.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Method of preparation:
1. In a bowl, I cracked the eggs, added salt, and whisked them until they doubled in volume.
2. While mixing on low speed, gradually add the milk. After adding the milk, I also added 15g of melted and cooled butter.
3. Lastly, I added the flour and mixed until I got a homogeneous composition.
4. I took the tray out of the oven, quickly put the rest of the butter in it and spread it over the entire surface of the pan.
5. I poured the mixture into the tray and baked it in a preheated oven at 220°C for 20-25 minutes.
6. I took it out of the oven and topped the pancake with poached eggs, crispy bacon, cheese and chives.
