Chicken drumsticks and couscous with vegetables

INGREDIENTS(4 SERVINGS):
• 8 chicken drumsticks;
• 1 tablespoon oil;
• 1 teaspoon salt;
• 2 teaspoons sweet smoked paprika;
• 2 teaspoons granulated garlic;
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
I added all the spices over the drumsticks, mixed them well, and transferred them to the Airfryer. I cooked them for 27 minutes at 190*C, turning them halfway through.

INGREDIENTS FOR COUSCUS WITH VEGETABLES:
• 100g couscous;
• 1 red bell pepper;
• 1 yellow bell pepper;
• 1 large carrot;
• 150g asparagus;
• 150g cherry tomatoes;
• 40g butter;
• 3 tablespoons oil;
• 1 teaspoon salt;
• 2 teaspoons smoked paprika;
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper;
• 1 teaspoon granulated garlic;
• 3-4 tablespoons of the water in which the couscous was cooked;
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I cooked the couscous according to the instructions on the package.
2. I left a pan on medium heat, put the oil in it, and when it was hot I added the finely chopped onion.
3. I sautéed the onion for 3 minutes, added the grated carrot. I mixed and sautéed for another 3 minutes.
4. Then I added the diced peppers and the asparagus cut into smaller pieces. I seasoned, mixed and left on the heat for 5 minutes.
5. I added the tomatoes and butter, stirred, and let it cook for another five minutes.
6. I added the cooked pasta along with a little of the cooking water and let it simmer for another two minutes.
