Mini croissants with cheese

I have to confess! They are delicious! 😍 What do you guys prepare when you have guests and you don't have much time? 😁
If you prefer the video version of the recipe, you can find it here.
I have selected some recipes that you might like:
• Appetizer muffins
• Scones
• Salty crackers
INGREDIENTS:
• 100g butter 82% at room temperature;
• 160g cream cheese at room temperature;
• 130g flour + 10g flour for rolling out the dough;
• 1 pinch of salt;
• 70g finely grated cheese (on the smallest holes);
• 1 egg for brushing the croissants.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. In a bowl I put the butter and 100g of cream cheese. I mixed and then I added the flour and the salt. I kneaded for about 1 minute.
2. I divided the dough into two balls, wrapped each in cling film, flattened them slightly, and placed them in the freezer for 30 minutes. It is possible that the dough will be slightly sticky before going to the freezer.
3. In a bowl I put the grated cheese and the rest of the cream cheese and I mixed very well.
4. I put flour on the work surface, I took a piece of dough and stretched it (as much as I could in the shape of a circle). I tried to roll it out as thinly as possible, while ensuring it didn’t break. Be careful, you should not waste too much time on these steps otherwise the butter will heat up and the dough will be sticky.
5. I put half of the cheese mixture on top and spread it over the entire surface of the dough. Using the pizza slicer, I cut the dough into 16 triangles.
6. I rolled each triangle from the base to the top.
7. I did the same with the second piece of dough. In total, I got 32 croissants.
8. I placed them on a tray lined with baking paper, brushed them with beaten egg and put the tray in the preheated oven (180*C) for 25 minutes.
9. They didn't even last a day in our house! 😁
Good appetite!
