INGREDIENTS:

• 300g flour;
• 1.5g teaspoon dry yeast;
• 150g milk;
• 1 pinch of salt;
• 1 teaspoon sugar;
• 1 teaspoon oil;
• 30g butter at room temperature;
• 7 Vienna sausages.
+ 1 tablespoon flour, 1 egg, a tablespoon of milk.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. In a bowl, I mixed the yeast and lukewarm milk with a whisk. I also added 80g of flour and mixed until I obtained a homogeneous composition. I covered and left it on the worktop for 15 minutes.
2. In another bowl, I beat the egg with the sugar and salt.
3. I put the rest of the flour in a clean bowl and added the beaten egg with sugar and salt and the yeast composition on top.
4. I mixed at first with a teaspoon. When the dough began to form, I kneaded it by hand until I obtained a slightly sticky dough.
5. At this point, I also added the butter at room temperature. I kneaded until it was incorporated and it was no longer sticky.
6. I greased the bowl with oil and left it to rise for an hour.
7. I dusted the work surface with a little flour and rolled the dough into a rectangle (or at least I tried to). I cut it into 7 pieces.
8. I placed a Vienna sausage on each piece, scored the dough on both sides, and then folded it, trying to cover the sausage as completely as possible.
9. I transferred them to a tray lined with baking paper, covered them with a towel and left them to rise for another 30 minutes.
10. I greased them with a mixture of one egg and one tablespoon of milk and put the tray in the preheated oven (200*C) for 20 minutes.
Good appetite!
