INGREDIENTS:

• 200g Greek yogurt (10%);
• 150g flour;
• 50g cheese according to preferences;
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder;
• 1/2 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate;
• 1/2 teaspoon salt;
• 1 pumpkin seed/seed mix;
+ 1 teaspoon oil to grease hands and shape them easier & a spoonful of yogurt to grease them.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. In a bowl I mixed all the ingredients (except the seeds). When the dough started to form, I transferred the composition to the work surface and kneaded it for a few seconds, just enough to combine.
2. I divided the dough into 3 (if you prefer them to be smaller, you can divide it into 4), greased my hands with oil and formed the bagels. I took each piece of dough, gave it a round shape and then made a hole in the middle.
3. I placed them in the Airfryer basket, spread yogurt on them and sprinkled the seeds on top of them.
4. I baked them for 20 minutes at 160*C.

You can eat them as they are or in various combinations, they are very delicious. 🤤❤️
