Homemade crackers

I use crackers quite often and always buy them, but I’ve never tried making them at home—until now! 😁

INGREDIENTS:
• 80g oat flour;
• 80g almond pulp (left over after making the almond milk, you can find the recipe here);
• 1 pinch of salt;
• 10g olive oil;
• 1 teaspoon rosemary (optional);
• 4 tablespoons water.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I put the oatmeal, almond pulp, salt and olive oil in the chopper and mixed for a few seconds. I added the water and mixed it until I achieved the consistency of wet sand.
2. I transferred the composition to the worktop and with my hands I gathered everything into a ball which I flattened and placed between two baking sheets (this way it will be easier for us to roll out the dough).
3. I spread the dough into a thin sheet and with the pizza slicer I tried to cut it into rectangles.
4. I placed each piece in a tray lined with baking paper and put the tray in the preheated oven at 160*C for 20 minutes.
