"Drob" with chicken

This is my favorite "drob" recipe! 🤍 I prepared it with the help of the "Meteora utility knife" from SAMURA. Find their knives in Altex. 🔪🔥

INGREDIENTS:
• 300g chicken breast;
• 400g chicken liver;
• 7 eggs;
• 1 medium-sized onion;
• 5 cloves of garlic;
• 1 bundle of parsley;
• 1 bundle of dill;
• 1 tablespoon of oil;
• salt, pepper.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I set two pots of water to boil. When the water reached the boiling point, I put in the chicken breast and the livers. I let the chicken breast boil for 15 minutes and the livers for 7-8 minutes. I removed the foam as many times as needed. When the time was up, I transferred them to a plate to cool.
2. I boiled 3 eggs.
3. I chopped the onion and garlic finely and sauteed them in a spoonful of oil for 3-4 minutes.
4. I chopped the chicken breast and the livers and put them in a large bowl.
5. I added the sautéed onion and garlic, spices, finely chopped parsley and dill, and three beaten eggs. I mixed everything thoroughly.
6. I lined a tray with baking paper and added the mixture to it. I spread the mixture evenly to cover the entire bottom of the tray and raised some of it along the sides.
7. I added 3 well-boiled eggs in the middle, one after another in a line.
8. Then I covered them with the mixture, pressing it down as firmly as possible. If there is any leftover mixture, you can place it in muffin tins.
9. I brushed the top of the "drob" with the remaining beaten egg and placed it in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
10. It needs to cool completely before being removed from the tray and served. 🤍
