Puff pastry with berries and Camembert

This recipe is for when you want to prepare something quick and good. 🤗

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 puff pastry (400g);
• 150g berries (I used frozen);
• 20g semolina;
• 100ml water;
• 50g sugar;
• 20g nuts;
• 1 tablespoon honey;
• 1 egg;
• 50g Camembert.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. In a pot I added the berries, water, semolina and sugar. I put it over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
2. With a knife I drew a rectangle in the middle of the dough, so that there were edges of about 1.5 cm (I put a demonstration photo). Be careful, it should not be cut deep. I made a few punctures with a fork in the rectangle.
3. I put the fruit composition in the middle and with a knife I spread it over the entire surface of the rectangle.
4. I sprinkled the Camembert cut into pieces on top, I greased the edges with beaten egg and put the tray in the preheated oven (200*C) for 20 minutes.
5. I left everything to cool for a few minutes and then I sprinkled the nuts on top that I had previously lightly toasted and then chopped. Then I sprinkled the honey.
6. Now everything is ready to serve. We have 6 servings in total. 😁
