I don’t know about you, but I’m a big fan of baked goods. With this recipe, I can definitely say I’ve whetted my appetite. 🙈

INGREDIENTS:

• 440g chopped chicken breast;
• 80g fresh spinach;
• 45g parmesan;
• 20g butter;
• 2 egg yolks;
• 10g sesame;
• salt, pepper to taste;
• 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
• 800g puff pastry (2 sheets of 400g each).

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. I put a pan on medium heat, added the butter and waited for it to melt.
2. When the butter melted, I added the chicken and stirred it continuously, trying to break it up into as small pieces as possible.
3. After 8-10 minutes, the chicken was browned. I turned the heat down to low and added the salt, pepper, sweet paprika and spinach. I mixed everything well for 1-2 minutes, just enough for the spinach to wilt, then turned off the heat and added the parmesan. I stirred it in, and the filling was ready.
4. I cut each sheet into 4 equal parts (you can cut them into more if you want to get smaller pieces) and put two tablespoons of the mixture on each side. Now you can fold them into any shape you want. I made them in the shape of a triangle and a rectangle.
5. I sealed them by pressing the edges with a fork, ensuring they wouldn't open up while baking. If you find the dough too sticky and it sticks to the fork, you can put it in a little water, this way the dough won't stick to it anymore.
6. I brushed them with egg yolk and sprinkled sesame seeds on top.
7. They stayed in the preheated oven (190*C) for 20-22 minutes.
8. They were super, super good hot, but very good cold.

Good appetite!
