Hummus toast: 4 variations

I haven't bought hummus in a very long time. I like to make it at home and play with the flavors. Today I preferred it in its simplest version.

HUMMUS INGREDIENTS:
• 240g boiled chickpeas;
• 1/2 lemon juice;
• 1 teaspoon tahini;
• salt, pepper, paprika to taste;
• 4 tablespoons of the water in which the chickpeas were soaked;
• 1 ice cube.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
I put all the ingredients in the chopper and mixed until I got a fine composition.

Ready in 10 minutes, let me show you how I combined it:
1. Toast with hummus, pine buds and parsley;
2. Toast with hummus, boiled egg and chilli flakes;
3. Toast with hummus, ripe tomatoes and basil;
4. Toast with hummus, cucumber and thyme.

I seasoned the tomatoes with a little olive oil and salt. I kept them in the Airfryer (180*C) for 10 minutes. I fried the pine buds a little in the hot pan.
I used rye bread. I usually buy a whole one. I use part of it at the moment, and the rest I slice and put in the freezer. When I feel like it, I take out a slice or two and toast it a bit in the toaster.
