6-ingredient flatbread
These flatbreads are perfect for shaorma or alongside hummus and other dishes.😍

INGREDIENTS:
• 150g Greek yogurt with 2% fat;
• 1 egg;
• 1 teaspoon baking soda;
• 1/2 teaspoon salt;
• 30g melted butter;
• 250g flour.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I put the yogurt, egg, butter, salt and bicarbonate into a bowl. I mixed very well.
2. I added the flour and kneaded until I got a non-sticky dough. If you use a yogurt with a higher percentage of fat, I recommend that you add 220g-230g of flour the first time and if you need more, then add the rest. I covered the bowl in which I put the dough with a kitchen towel and left it on the counter for 15 minutes.
3. When the time was up, I took the dough out onto the kitchen counter, shaped it into a roll, and divided it into five roughly equal parts.
4. I worked with one piece of dough at a time, and kept the rest under cling film.
5. I took a piece of dough, shaped it into a ball and then rolled it out very well. I put it in a hot pan on low heat and browned it on both sides. After taking it off the heat, I wrapped it in a kitchen towel. This way, it stays warm longer and prevents it from hardening.
6. I did the same with the other pieces of dough.
