Macaroni and cheese

If someone asked you: what is the dessert that reminds you of your childhood? What would you answer?
I would definitely say: macaroni and cheese!Every summer vacation, I spent at least a week at my grandparents' house, and macaroni and cheese were a staple. Made with homemade cheese and yogurt from my dad, eggs fresh from the hen's nest, and my grandma's endless love, they were a dream come true! Let me share my grandma’s secret: the key to creamy macaroni is yogurt! 🥰

INGREDIENTS:
• 500g pasta;
• 350g cheese (I used cow's cheese);
• 4 eggs;
• 1 vanilla essence;
• 300g yogurt;
• 3 tablespoons of oil;
• 120g sugar.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I boiled the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
2. In a bowl, I broke the eggs and beat them well. I put the yogurt and essence on them and mixed. I added the grated cheese and sugar and mixed.
3. Over the resulting composition, I put the cooked pasta (I held it under a stream of cold water for a few seconds and then drained it well) and two tablespoons of oil. I mixed well.
4. I transferred the resulting composition to a tray greased with a tablespoon of oil and put it in the oven preheated to 200*C for ~30 minutes.
