Polenta, chicken and mushroom sauce

A classic, delicious recipe for chicken "ciulama" with mushrooms. Is that what you call it?

CHICKEN INGREDIENTS:
• 700g chicken thighs;
• 1 tablespoon oil;
• 1 teaspoon salt;
• 1 teaspoon granulated garlic;
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper;
• 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
• 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning (optional).
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
I put all the ingredients in a bowl and mixed them. I transferred the chicken thighs to the Airfryer and turned it on at 190*C for about 30 minutes. Halfway through the time I turned them over.
METHOD OF PREPARATION POLENA:
I followed the instructions on the package. Finally, I added 20 g of butter to it and mixed well.
MUSHROOM SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
• 650g mushrooms;
• 1 onion;
• 30g butter;
• 2 tablespoons oil;
• 500ml chicken stock (recipe here or you can use water);
• 200ml cooking cream;
• 1 teaspoon salt;
• 1 teaspoon granulated garlic;
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper;
• 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning (optional);
• 2 tablespoons flour;
• 1 teaspoon sweet paprika.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I left a large frying pan on the fire. I put the butter and oil in it. When they were hot, I added the finely chopped onion. I sautéed it for 4 minutes.
2. I added the mushrooms, cleaned and cut into quarters. I mixed and left everything on the fire for about 10 minutes. During this time, the quantity decreased in volume and the mushrooms began to brown nicely.
3. I added the flour and spices, mixed well, and left it on the heat for 2 minutes.
4. I put the chicken stock and let it cook for 7-8 minutes, during which time the composition will thicken. I added the cooking cream, mixed well and after another three minutes I turned off the fire.
