INGREDIENTS:

• 500g minced beef (you can replace it with your favorite meat);
• 1 medium-sized onion;
• 5 cloves of garlic;
• 4 small carrots;
• 200g peas;
• 3 tomatoes;
• 1 large potato;
• 2 generous teaspoons of tomato paste(I used one with a higher concentration);
• salt, pepper;
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin;
• 1L water;
• 1 bunch of parsley.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. I heated a deep-sided pan on the stove and once it was hot, I added the meat, using a spatula to break it up thoroughly.
2. When it started to brown, I added the diced onion. I mixed. After 3 minutes, I put the garlic and mixed.
3. After another two minutes I put the carrots chopped into small cubes, the potato chopped into medium-sized cubes and the peas.
4. After 4-5 minutes, I also added the diced tomatoes (I also removed their skins) and the spices. I mixed and then added 1L of water.
5. I let everything cook for about 15 minutes, allowing the vegetables to soften and cook through during that time.
6. Finally, I garnished the dish with fresh parsley and served it alongside rice.
