Stuffed apples

You only need 3 apples and a few other ingredients for this perfect fall dessert. Your kitchen will have a divine aroma.

INGREDIENTS:
• 3 apples;
• 125g ricotta;
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon;
• 1 egg;
• 15g walnuts;
• vanilla essence.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I cut a lid into the apples and removed about a third of the core, creating a small bowl-like space inside.
2. In a bowl I beat an egg, added ricotta, essence and cinnamon. I homogenized.
3. I transferred the apples to a tray, filled them with the composition obtained earlier, sprinkled chopped nuts and cinnamon on top and put the tray in the oven preheated to 180*C for about 25-30 minutes.
4. I let them reach room temperature, put them in the refrigerator and served them cold.
