INGREDIENTS:

• 1 apple;
• 5 hazelnuts (could be swapped for walnuts);
• 1 teaspoon of coconut oil (could be swapped for butter);
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon;
• 1 teaspoon almond butter (peanut butter);
• 2 spoons Greek yogurt.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Peel the apple, remove the core and seeds. Dice it into small cubes.
2. Sauté the apple cubes in a pan with oil, cinnamon, and chopped hazelnuts for a few minutes.
3. I spooned yogurt onto a plate and topped it with the apples and almond butter.
