Omelet with sausages in the oven

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 – 3 flatbreads;
• 4 eggs;
• 100g yogurt;
• 100g grated mozzarella;
• salt, pepper to taste;
• 1 teaspoon oil/melted butter;
• 100g beer sausages or ham according to preferences.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. I greased the pan very well with oil.
2. I folded the flatbread and gave it an accordion shape. I then measured according to the size of the pan and cut them to fit in such a way that I cover the pan, but the flatbreads are not very crowded.
3. I cut the sausages into slices and put them between the flatbreads.
4. I cracked the eggs into a bowl, added the yogurt, spices and mozzarella on top. I mixed very well and transferred the composition over the flatbreads and sausages.
5. I leveled everything very well and put the pan in the preheated oven at 200*C for ~ 30 minutes.
6. I let it cool a bit and then cut it. Delicious! 😍
