Omelet with potatoes in the oven

INGREDIENTS:
• 800g potatoes (weighed after cleaning them);
• 2 onions;
• 3 tablespoons of oil;
• 8 eggs;
• 100g cheddar (or yellow cheese);
• salt, pepper, granulated garlic.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I cut the potatoes into cubes and boiled them. I boiled them to 70%.
2. In two tablespoons of oil, I sautéed the finely chopped onion for 5 minutes. I then added the well-drained potatoes and continued cooking for an additional 5 minutes. I mixed 2-3 more times.
3. I cracked the eggs into a bowl, grated the cheddar, put the spices and mixed well.
4. I added the potatoes over the eggs, mixed and transferred the composition to a tray well greased with oil.
5. I leveled everything and put the tray in the preheated oven at 180*C for 25-30 minutes.
