Eggs with spinach

Who thought frozen spinach was so good?…..Not me! 😂
My boyfriend kept asking me to make some eggs with spinach, and I kept "forgetting". 😅 Of course, but I remember trying spinach in a form other than a salad once, and it was not a good experience for me. I didn’t like it at all!
Remembering that I have a bag of spinach in the freezer, I started making eggs with spinach today.
Oh! And I can't tell you how much I loved them!! I nearly left him with nothing! 😂

INGREDIENTS:

• 450g frozen spinach (I used it directly frozen, I didn't let it thaw);
• 40g butter 82%;
• 5 cloves of garlic;
• 1 tablespoon and half flour;
• 200ml milk;
• 1/2 teaspoon salt;
• 1/4 teaspoon cumin;
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg;
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper;
• 50g parmesan;
• 6 eggs;
• 50g cheese according to preferences;
• a handful of walnuts.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. I put a pan with high walls on medium to low heat.
2. After it heated up, I put the butter in it and let it melt. I then put the crushed garlic and sautéed it for ~2 minutes.
3. I added the flour and mixed (I recommend using a whisk). I left everything on low heat for 2 minutes.
4. I added the milk gradually and mixed. You will notice that the composition will begin to thicken.
5. I put the spices and left it on the fire until it started to boil.
6. I added the spinach, mixed, and left it on medium to low heat for ~7 minutes. I put the parmesan and mixed.
7. I made 6 holes and cracked the eggs into them. I put the lid on and waited for the eggs to cook.
8. When the eggs were cooked, I turned off the heat and sprinkled the cheese and chopped walnuts on top.

I served with toasted bread and they were 🤤🤤!!!
