Eggs stuffed with bacon

A simple and delicious recipe! It will disappear right off the plate! 🤩

INGREDIENTS:
• 5 eggs;
• 2 slices of bacon;
• 1 teaspoon chopped dill;
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (I used mayonnaise without oil, you can find the recipe here);
• 1 teaspoon of mustard;
• salt, pepper to taste.
+ for decoration: 1/2 teaspoon paprika, a generous handful of lettuce and 1 green onion.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I boiled the eggs, keeping them on the heat for 8 minutes after the water reached a boil. When the time was up, I transferred them to a bowl of cold water and left them for 2-3 minutes.
2. I put the bacon in the Air Fryer for 5 minutes at 180*C.
3. I peeled the eggs, cut them in half and removed the yolk.
4. I put mayonnaise, mustard, dill and spices on top of the yolks. I mixed everything very well until I got a paste. I shredded a slice of bacon and put it on top of the resulting composition. I mixed.
5. On a flat plate I put a generous handful of green salad, placed the egg whites and filled them with the obtained composition.
6. I sprinkled the finely chopped green onion, the other slice of chopped bacon and paprika on top.
