Pumpkin baked oats

If you wake up too tired to make breakfast or just want to enjoy an extra five minutes of sleep, you can prepare this baked oatmeal the night before!
If you want it sweeter, you can add a tablespoon of sweetener to the composition depending on your preferences.

INGREDIENTS:

• 100g oats;
• 125g milk;
• 160g pumpkin;
• 1 egg;
• 25g chocolate;
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon;
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg;
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder;
• 1/2 teaspoon salt;
• 1 teaspoon oil for greasing the tray.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. With a fork, I mashed the pumpkin very well, added an egg, milk and mixed it.
2. Separately, I mixed the oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder and salt.
3. I put the dry ingredients over the wet ones and mixed until I obtained a homogeneous composition.
4. I also added the chocolate cut into cubes and mixed it in.
5. I greased a tray with oil and transferred the obtained composition into it. I leveled it and put the tray in the oven preheated to 180*C for ~25 minutes.

You can eat it plain or in combination with yogurt/honey/fresh fruit.
