INGREDIENTS (3 SERVINGS):

• 2 apples;
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon;
• 60g oat flour;
• 60g rolled oats;
• 2 eggs;
• 140g Greek yogurt;
• 5-6 drops FLAVDROPS with caramel flavor (you can replace with honey or sugar);
• 75g milk;
• 10g chopped nuts;
• 10g butter for greasing the pan;
• 1 teaspoon baking powder.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. I thoroughly cleaned the apples and cut them into small cubes. Then, I greased the baking tray with butter, arranged the apple cubes in it, and sprinkled cinnamon on top.
2. In a bowl I mixed the rest of the ingredients, first the wet ones and then the flour and chopped nuts.
3. I poured the mixture over the apples, leveled it well and sprinkled some more chopped nuts.
4. The oven was preheated to 200*C and I kept the tray in the oven for ~30 minutes.
5. Once the time was up, I removed the cooked oats by flipping the tray over.
6. I served with yogurt, a little jam and a few chopped nuts on top.
