INGREDIENTS:

• 1 spoon of cocoa;
• 150g warm milk;
• 1 well-ripened banana;
• chocolate-flavored sweetener (you can replace it with honey and a little rum essence);
• 70g oat flakes;
• 15g chopped walnuts;
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder;
• 100g blueberries;
• a little coconut oil for greasing (you can replace with butter).

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Pour the warm milk over the cocoa and mix well.
2. I mashed the banana, added the milk and cocoa, then mixed in the sweetener.
3. I blended the oatmeal, nuts, and baking powder until I achieved a homogeneous composition.
4. I left everything on the kitchen counter for 10 minutes.
5. I greased two heat-resistant dishes with coconut oil, poured the mixture into them, sprinkled chopped walnuts on top, and placed them in the Airfryer at 180°C for 16 minutes. (Alternatively, they can be baked in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes using a high-low temperature setting.) Afterward, I allowed them to cool slightly before removing them from the molds.
6. I put the blueberries in a kettle and left them on low heat for ~5 minutes.
7. I topped the oats with blueberries, and breakfast (or snack) is ready!<3
