INGREDIENTS:
• 35g oat flour;
• 10g of Impact Whey protein with salted caramel flavor;
• 5g of cocoa;
• 150g Greek yogurt 2%;
• 7g of peanut butter;
• 1 digestive biscuit;
• 60g warm water;
• 2 drops FLAVDROPS with caramel flavor.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. The oats, protein, and 5g of cocoa were added to a bowl. I mixed them very well and added warm water, sweetener, and 50g of yogurt on top of them. After I obtained a homogeneous composition, I transferred it into a glass.
2. I heated the peanut butter for a few seconds and mixed it with the rest of the yogurt. I transferred everything over the composition obtained earlier.
3. I crushed the biscuits and sprinkled them on top.
