No-knead bread

A simple and safe recipe. The bread is fluffy and smells divine.🤩

I have selected some recipes that you might like:
• Focaccia
• Gnocchi with zucchini
• Puff pastry with cream cheese and tomatoes

INGREDIENTS:
• 480g flour (or 485g, that's how much I got in the bowl :)) );
• 7g dry yeast;
• 380g warm water;
• 5g salt.
+ a generous handful of flour to shape the bread.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I mixed all the dry ingredients.
2. I put the water and mixed with a spoon until the dough was formed. We need to get a sticky dough.
3. I covered the bowl with foil and left the dough to rise until it doubled in volume.
4. I transferred the dough onto a baking sheet, which I had dusted with a generous handful of flour.
5. I pulled on each edge of the dough and tried to shape it into a ball. I then flipped the dough ball over, placed it along with the baking sheet into a basket (or bowl), and let it rest for 30 minutes.
6. I preheated the oven to 250*C. The pot in which I baked the bread stayed in the oven for the entire time it heated up.
7. I made a pattern on the bread and then put it in the pot. I also put the lid on and baked it for 35 minutes at 250*C.
8. I removed the lid, reduced the temperature to 220*C and left the bread for another 10 minutes.
9. I removed it from the pot and let it cool completely before slicing.
