INGREDIENTS:

• 180g oat flour (can be replaced with white wheat flour);
• 10g stevia (can be replaced with your favorite sweetener);
• 300ml milk;
• 250g baked pumpkin;
• 1 egg;
• 2 tablespoons oil;
• 1 teaspoon orange essence;
• 1/2 lemon juice;
• 1 teaspoon baking powder;
• 1 teaspoon baking soda;
• 1/2 teaspoon salt;
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon;
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg;
• 1/2 teaspoon salt.
+ 2 tablespoons oil for greasing the pan.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. I mashed the pumpkin with a fork, added all the wet ingredients and mixed it.
2. In a bowl, I put all the dry ingredients and mixed them.
3. I put the dry ingredients over the wet ones and mixed them.
4. I put a pan on low heat, and when it was hot, I greased it with oil, put the dough and baked the pancakes for two minutes on one side and another minute on the other side.
5. I served them with yogurt and pan-fried apples in a little cinnamon.
