Zucchini pancakes

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 medium-sized zucchini (140g weighed after being squeezed of the juice);
• 1 egg;
• 40g cheese;
• 100g milk;
• 100g oatmeal;
• 1 teaspoon baking powder;
• 1/2 teaspoon salt;
• 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes;
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper;
• 1 teaspoon oil for greasing the pan.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I grated the zucchini on a fine grater, sprinkled salt on top and left it on the kitchen counter for 10 minutes.
2. I put the flour, spices and baking powder in a bowl and mixed them.
3. Separately, in another bowl, I broke the egg, added the milk and mixed them very well. I combined the dry mixture with the wet ingredients and mixed them thoroughly.
4. I added the well-squeezed zucchini and the shredded cheese to the mixture.
5. I put the pan on medium to low heat, greased it with oil and formed the pancakes from half a tablespoon of the mixture. I browned them nicely on both sides.
