INGREDIENTS:

• 3 medium-sized carrots;
• 250g boiled beans;
• 1 generous teaspoon of tahini;
• 2 tablespoons olive oil;
• 50ml water;
• salt, pepper, smoked paprika;
+ for garnish: pomegranate, chopped walnuts.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. I peeled, washed and cut the carrots. I cut them into quarters, lengthwise. I put them in a heat-resistant dish and seasoned them with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and a teaspoon of olive oil.
2. I mixed very well and put the dish in the Airfryer at 200*C for 20 minutes. At the end, when we take them out, they must be soft.
3. In a chopper I put the beans, salt, pepper, 1 generous teaspoon of tahini, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the carrots.
4. I mixed for a few seconds, added the water and then mixed for ~3 more minutes.
5. I placed the resulting composition on a plate and garnished it with a teaspoon of olive oil, pomegranate and chopped walnuts. Don't leave out the walnuts, they make it taste so much better!! 🤍

You can serve it with toast, salads or in wraps. 🤗🥰
