INGREDIENTS:

• 160g pasta;
• 400g shrimp;
• 150g cherry tomatoes;
• 2 tablespoons olive oil;
• 15g butter;
• 4 cloves of garlic;
• 1 /2 lemon juice;
• 1 bunch of parsley;
• salt, pepper, chilli flakes.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. I cooked the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
2. I put the oil and butter in a pan. When they were hot, I added the crushed garlic and chilli flakes. I mixed and let it cool for a minute.
3. I put the shrimp (I used pre-cleaned shrimp) and left them for about 2 minutes on one side and another minute on the other side. The fire was medium to small.
4. I put the tomatoes cut in half, 1/2 of the water in which the pasta was cooked, salt and pepper. I left it to cook for ~3 minutes.
5. I put the pasta, mixed well and left it on the fire for two more minutes.
6. I drizzled the pasta with lemon juice and sprinkled fresh parsley on top.
