Pasta with tuna and lemon

INGREDIENTS(ONE SERVING):

• 90g pasta;
• 1 small tin of tuna in oil;
• 1/2 lemon juice;
• 1 clove of garlic;
• 1 sprig of parsley;
• 10g grated parmesan;
• salt, pepper, chilli flakes.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. I cooked the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
2. In a pan, I added a little oil from the tuna can and waited for it to heat up. I then sautéed the finely chopped garlic for about a minute before adding the parsley and spices.
3. I sautéed for a little longer, then added the chopped tuna, half of the water used to cook the pasta, and the lemon juice. I let everything simmer on low heat for 1-2 minutes.
4. I added the pasta and mixed it well, letting it cook for another 2 minutes. And that's it! 😁
5. They say parmesan doesn’t pair well with fish, but I went ahead and sprinkled some on top anyway.
