Pears stuffed with cheese and nuts

We started the fall recipes with these ripe pears! 🍂 It's a super easy dessert to make and you can't go wrong with it.

INGREDIENTS:

• 3 large pears;
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon;
• 1/3 teaspoon nutmeg(optional);
• 1/3 teaspoon ground ginger(optional);
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil(or melted butter);
• a handful of chopped walnuts;
• 100g blue cheese (or Brie cheese);
+ for serving: yogurt, honey.

MOD DE PREPARARE:

1. I cut the pears in half and removed the core and seeds. I placed them in a tray.
2. I mixed the spices with the oil and with the obtained composition I smeared the pears on both sides. If you want a sweeter version, you can also add 1-2 spoons of sugar at the same time as the spices.
3. I left the pears with the cut side down and put the tray in the preheated oven at 200*C for 25 minutes.
4. I took out the tray, sprinkled the shredded cheese and walnuts on top of the pears. I put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
5. I took the tray out of the oven, let the pears cool and ate them with yogurt and honey. 🍯
