Homemade pizza with cheese edges

INGREDIENTS (2 PIZZAS):

• 500g flour;
• 310g lukewarm water;
• 7g dry yeast;
• a pinch of salt;
• 50g oil;
• ~150g yellow cheese;
• ~50g cream cheese;
• salami;
• ~30g tomato sauce;
• 15g butter;
• 1 teaspoon granulated garlic.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. In a large bowl, I put the flour, yeast and salt. I mixed and poured the lukewarm water over them. I kneaded until I obtained a sticky dough.
2. I put the oil on top of it and then kneaded until I incorporated all the oil into the dough. I left it to rise for about an hour.
3. I divided the dough into two pieces, shaped them into balls and placed the first ball on a tray lined with baking paper. With my fingers I tried to stretch it as much as possible and give it a round shape.
4. I greased the edges with cream cheese and then put some of the cheese that I cut into sticks (I placed it on the edges in such a way as to surround the entire piece of dough). I carefully rolled the edges to ensure they fully covered the cream cheese and cheese, securing them tightly so they wouldn’t come undone during baking.
5. I "decorated" the pizza with tomato sauce, salami and grated cheese.
6. I baked it in the preheated oven (230*C, top-bottom heat) for 15 minutes.
7. When I took it out of the oven, I brushed it with melted butter mixed with granulated garlic. This step is optional.
8. I repeated the same process for the second pizza.
