I saw something similar in a shop in Vienna, and it looked so appetizing that I knew I had to recreate it at home. Here's the result—what do you think? 🤩

INGREDIENTS:

• 150g butter 82% at room temperature;
• 120g sugar;
• 2 eggs;
• 200g Greek yogurt (at room temperature);
• 250g flour;
• 1 teaspoon baking powder;
• 1 teaspoon salt;
• 150g blueberries;
• for lining the pan: a cube of butter and a spoonful of flour.
+ optional: your favorite essence or grated lemon peel.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. I greased the pan with butter and lined it with flour.
2. In a bowl I put the butter at room temperature and the sugar. I mixed for 2 minutes.
3. I then incorporated (one by one) the eggs, and at the end I put the yogurt. I mixed for ~30 seconds.
4. Separately, I mixed the flour, baking powder and salt.
5. I sifted half the amount of flour over the mixture obtained earlier and then incorporated it with a spatula. I did the same with the other half.
6. According to your preferences, you can add essence of any type or grated lemon peel.
7. I transferred the composition to the lined tray, leveled it and put the blueberries on top. I gently pressed them with my hand to ensure they settled into the dough.
8. I put the tray in the oven preheated to 180*C for 50 minutes.
9. I took it out and let it come to room temperature before cutting it.

Good appetite!
