Baked chicken thighs with cranberries

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 chicken thighs (or more, depending on how many people you're cooking for);
• 20g cranberries;
• 2 tablespoons of oil;
• 1 onion;
• 1 teaspoon of turmeric;
• 1 teaspoon salt;
• 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes;
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper;
• 100ml white wine;
• 100ml water.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. I patted dry the thighs very well with kitchen napkins. I seasoned them with salt on both sides, massaged them a bit and then fried them, skin side down, in two tablespoons of oil. I put the lid on and left them for 5 minutes, turned them over and left them for another 5 minutes.
2. I transferred the thighs to a heat-resistant dish (skin side up) and put the finely chopped onion in the pan.
3. I sautéed the onion for 4 minutes, then added the spices, cranberries and mixed. I tempered for another 30 seconds.
4. I put the wine and water, I mixed, and when the composition boiled, I put it over the thighs.
5. I put the tray in the preheated oven at 180*C for 40 minutes.
6. I transferred the thighs to a plate and drizzled them with the juice of an orange.
