Chicken quesadilla

When I was eating out, I often had chicken quesadillas. Now, I make them at home very frequently. 😁

INGREDIENTS(4 SERVINGS):
• 500g chicken breast;
• salt, pepper;
• 2 teaspoons sweet paprika;
• 50g Kefir;
• 2 tablespoons olive oil;
• 3 cloves of garlic;
• 1 red onion;
• 150g boiled black beans;
• 100g zucchini;
• chilli flakes;
• 4 flatbreads;
• 4 slices of cheese.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I chopped the chicken into cubes, seasoned it with salt, pepper, paprika, and Kefir, and mixed everything thoroughly. I heated a tablespoon of oil in a pan, and once it was hot, I added the chicken. I let it cook until it was browned.
2. I took the chicken out of the pan. Next, I added 1/2 teaspoon of oil and sautéed the finely chopped onion, garlic, and zucchini (cut into small cubes) for 3-4 minutes. I then added the boiled beans, seasoned with salt, pepper, and chili flakes, and cooked everything together for about two minutes.
3. I coated a clean pan with a small amount of oil using a napkin. I placed a flatbread in the pan, then added chicken, a quarter of the vegetable mixture, and a slice of cheese on one half of the flatbread. I folded it over, covered the pan with a lid, and cooked it on low heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
4. We served with a yogurt sauce. ✨
