INGREDIENTS:
• 450g flour;
• 2g dry yeast;
• 350ml water;
• 1 pinch of salt;
• 30g olive oil;
• 2 teaspoons rosemary .
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I put the flour, yeast and salt in a bowl. I mixed.
2. I added the warm water and homogenized with a spoon.
3. I added 15g of olive oil and incorporated it into the dough by hand. We will get a sticky dough.
4. I covered the bowl with a kitchen towel and left the dough to rise for 40 minutes.
5. I dipped my hands in water, pulled the edges of the dough up and then brought them to the center to form a ball.
6. I did this process 3 times. After each folding, I let the dough rise for 40 minutes.
7. I greased a tray with 15g of olive oil, put the dough in it, moved it a little so that it settles and left it to rise for another 30 minutes.
8. I oiled my hands and pressed the dough with my fingers to make small holes in it.
9. I sprinkled the rosemary on top and put the pan in the preheated oven at 230*C for about 30 minutes.
10. I let it cool a little and then removed it to a tray until it cooled completely.
Good appetite!
