DOUGH INGREDIENTS:

• 600g flour;
• 240g warm milk;
• 3 eggs at room temperature;
• 70g butter at room temperature;
• 7g yeast;
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar;
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
+ 20g of butter for greasing the pan and the bowl in which the dough will rise.

FILLING INGREDIENTS:

• 3 medium-sized apples;
• 30g butter at room temperature;
• 110g brown sugar;
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon.

ICING INGREDIENTS:

• 60g powdered sugar;
• 170g cream cheese.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. I mixed in a bowl: flour, yeast, salt, sugar and salt.
2. In another bowl I mixed: eggs and warm milk.
3. I combined the wet and dry ingredients and mixed with the spoon until the dough started to form.
4. I transferred it to the work surface, put 70g of room temperature butter over it and started kneading. I kneaded for ~8 minutes.
5. I placed the dough in a well-buttered bowl, covered it, and let it rise until it tripled in size, which took about 1.5 hours.
6. I spread it on the worktop in the shape of a 45x35cm rectangle and greased it with the 30g of butter, sprinkled cinnamon, sugar and 2/3 of the apples that I peeled and diced on top.< 7. I rolled it out and divided it into 11 roughly equal pieces.
8. I placed them in a butter lined pan with space in between. I covered them and let them rest for another 20 minutes.
9. I sprinkled the rest of the apples on top and put the tray in the oven preheated to 180*C for 35 minutes.
10. As soon as I took the tray out of the oven, I spread the icing made from cream cheese and powdered sugar on top.

They disappeared immediately!!!!
