Warm salad with chicken tenderloin and cooked vegetables

Ingredients:
• 500g chicken tenderloin;
• 2 carrots;
• 1 parsnip;
• 2 potatoes;
• 1 cube of butter;
• 2 tablespoons of oil;
• salt, pepper;
• 1 teaspoon paprika;
• 1 teaspoon rosemary;
• 1 bunch parsley;
• 150g cherry tomatoes;
• 40g cheddar/yellow cheese/cow cheese

Method of preparation:
1. I cleaned, washed and diced the carrots, potatoes and parsnips.
2. I seasoned them with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and oil. I mixed and transferred them to the vat of the Airfryer which I started at 180*C for ~25 minutes.
3. In the last 10 minutes I also added the tomatoes.
4. I diced the chicken tenderloin. In a pan with high walls, I put the butter and oil, and when they were heated, I put the chicken. I seasoned it with salt, pepper and rosemary, mixed it and let it brown.
5. In a bowl I put the vegetables, the browned chicken, the grated cheddar (the vegetables must be warm for the cheddar to melt) and the chopped parsley. I mixed everything together thoroughly and enjoyed it with great appetite!
