Cauliflower and salmon salad

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cauliflower;
• 120g Orzo;
• 100g cheese of your choice;
• 1 handful of walnuts;
• 1 lemon;
• 1 bunch of parsley;
• 3 tablespoons of oil;
• 4 pieces of salmon;
• salt, pepper to taste;
• 1 teaspoon of sweet smoked paprika;
• 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic;
• 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes;
• 1 teaspoon of thyme.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. I broke the cauliflower into florets, washed them well, placed them on kitchen towels and then wiped them dry.
2. In a bowl I mixed: 2 tablespoons of oil, salt and pepper to taste, the juice of half a lemon, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, thyme and granulated garlic. I put the whole composition over the cauliflower florets and mixed well.
3. I placed the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and put it in the preheated oven at 200*C for ~40 minutes. I turned it over halfway through.
4. I seasoned the salmon with salt and pepper, sprinkled a little lemon juice on top and put it in the preheated oven at 200*C for ~17 minutes.
5. I cooked the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
6. In a large bowl, I combined the cooked cauliflower, chopped parsley, shredded cheese, walnuts, pasta (rinsed under cold water), a tablespoon of oil, salt, pepper, and the juice of half a lemon. I mixed very well and transferred the salad to a plate.
7. I put the salmon on top and sprinkled chili flakes and salt over it.
